Who are Mora Mora’s customers?
MORA MORA sells collections to the professional, shops and resellers all around the world.
How can I pay?
You can pay either by debit card, bank transfer or bank cheque. Please note that for export, we will ask you to make bank transfer on our bank account. Your bank can add charges for bank transfer, please check with their customer service directly.
How long does it take to have my order?
France delivery require between 3 and 5 days after payment. International delivery require at least 7 working days after payment. We are unable to guarantee delivery times due to the variance of national or international transport network.
Is the website updated on a regular basis ?
Yes, Mora Mora offer brand new products really often and we add them on our website, do not hesitate to have a look at it.
The transport charges are they included?
We offer free shipment in France from 1200€ taxes excluded only in Metropolitan France.
Is there enough quantities for the online items?
We cannot guarantee that the products you have selected are on stock. We let you know if an item is out of stock when we come back to you after your order.
Is the quality of the products effective?
We do our best every day to offer to our customers products of excellent quality. We check the quality during production and your orders are prepared carefully before expedition. Nonetheless, if any product show defect, please let us know.
Where are made the products?
Most of our collections are made in Asia, India and in our factory in Madagascar.
How do we proceed for orders out of France ?
You can order on www.mora-mora.net and a commercial will come back to you to finalize your order.
Can I choose the colour of the items?
The items Mora Mora are mostly sold by assorted colours depending of the trendy colours for the season. Some items are sold per size or per colours.
Can I have an idea of the cost of transport charges before I order ?
For national order, the transport charge is added to your final order. For international order, we do transport charge quotation with your final order.
Can I follow my order ?

Can I use my own transport company?
Yes. You can choose your transport company for your order, so you won’t be charged for the transport part. Our commercial service will contact your transport company and arrange the details of your delivery.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 300€ excluded taxes and transport.
What is the fastest option for payment?
The payment by debit card is the fastest option. If you chose this option, you can contact us and your order will be send the same day or day after. If you pay by bank transfer, we will wait for the bank confirmation to send the order. Same as bank cheque, we have to wait until we receive your payment to send your order.
