The delivery is made:

  • by direct delivery to the customers
  • by sending notice for the customer’s attention that the goods are available in the shop 
  • by delivery to the place stated by the Purchaser on the order

Dates quoted for delivery are estimated dates only and cannot be guaranteed.
As a result, delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement or for the payment of damages to the buyer.
The customer shall bear the carriage risks in full until delivery.
In case of missing or damaged goods during transportation, the buyer must make the necessary notifications on the delivery of the goods upon reception.
These notifications shall be confirmed by writing with five days after delivery by registered mail with recorded delivery.
For handmade creations, we cannot guarantee accurate follow-up for the shapes, sizes or colours.
